世界华人不动产学会（GlobalChinese Real Estate Congress）2019年度会议将于2019年7月12日至14日在中国·上海举行，由上海财经大学主办。本次会议将围绕“高质量的房地产业发展推动宏观经济可持续发展”这一主题，为来自世界各地的专家学者、业界人士、政府官员提供一个良好的交流平台，共同探讨房地产业发展的最新动态与趋势。为了促进多元化交流，本次会议设置中文与英文论文研讨专场。此外，还为博士生增设研讨交流会。

本次被接纳的论文将有机会获得由上海克而瑞信息技术有限公司赞助的“克而瑞优秀论文奖”。与此同时，《不动产研究》（GCREC的官方中文学术期刊），Journal of Real Estate Research（美国SSCI 检索期刊）和International Real Estate Review（GCREC及AsRES的共同官方英文学术期刊）等国际性学刊的主编们都将参与此次年会，并将从发表的论文中发掘适合学刊发表的论文。刊物的主编们将会协助这些论文作者加快论文的评审过程。

本次年会论文研讨拟定以下分组，但不局限于以下议题：

Global Chinese Real EstateCongress 2019 Annual Conference

First Call for Papers

The Global Chinese Real Estate Congress (GCREC) 2019 Annual Conference will be held on July 12-14, 2019 in Shanghai, China. Hosted by Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, this Conference focuses on the theme of "Using high-quality real estate development to promote sustainable macroeconomic development", and serves as a platform for the exchange of ideas among scholars, practitioners and government officials from all over the world on the development of real estate industry. There will be both Chinese and English paper sessions and one special session designated for Ph.D. students to present their papers.

Papers accepted by the Conference can be considered for CRIC Best Paper Awards sponsored by “CRIC Shanghai Information Technology Co., LTD”. The editors of Journal of Real Estate Research (a SSCI journal, in English) and the International Real Estate Review (the official journal of AsRES and GCREC, in English) will attend this conference, seeking to identify papers that may be suitable for the journals. The editors will also help speed up the review process of these papers.

Important Dates:

Registration Fee Refund Notice: An early notice of the cancellation will be appreciated. The deadline of cancellation of attendance is on May 22, 2019. The registration fee is fully refundable before the deadline. Cancellation notice made between May 22 to June 16, 2019 will only be half refunded. Any cancellation made after June 16, 2019 will not be refunded.

世界华人不动产学会2019博士生论坛   第一次征文通知

2019年7月13日中国·上海

世界华人不动产学会将于2019年会期间举行博士生论坛。论坛将于2019年7月13日在上海举行，由房地产领域的知名学者主持。论坛旨在为博士生提供一个与知名学者们交流其学术研究和职业生涯计划的机会。

会议欢迎2019年注册在读的博士生参加本届博士生论坛。有意参加的博士生必须由一名世界华人不动产学会理事推荐，并在2019年5月8日前提交一篇尚未在期刊发表的完整学术论文。会议将严格执此期限，所有未在期限前提交的论文将不予考虑。请将申请资料以电子邮件发送至论坛委员会主席贾生华教授的邮箱：jsh@zju.edu.cn。每位学会理事限推荐一名博士生参加。

论坛委员会将甄选邀请合格的博士生参加论坛并与世界华人不动产学会的理事会成员共进晚餐。与会博士生在论坛中将报告其提交的论文及相关研究方向，学者将就其研究点评，同时也可对博士生毕业后的生涯规划提供咨询。

学会欢迎其他所有学生及会员到场聆听，但不提供晚餐。

所有提交的论文将参加“2019最佳不动产博士生论文奖”的评选。一至二篇优胜论文将于2019世界华人不动产学会年会期间颁奖，奖金总额为3,000美元。

GSSI 2020 International Real Estate Review BestPaper Awards

To promote research in real estate and show appreciation for the authors who submit articles to the International Real Estate Review (IRER), the Global Social Science Institute (GSSI) has established the 2020 Best Paper Awards for papers published in IRER. A total of four GSSI 2020 Best Paper Awards will be awarded to articles published in Volume 2019 and Issues 1 & 2 of Volume 2020 of the International Real Estate Review: 

• 1 Gold Award: USD 10,000, 

• 1 Silver Award: USD 5,000, and 

• 2 Bronze Awards: USD 2,500 each.

Established in 1998, IRER has been publishing 4 issues per year since 2015, and has been included in the Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI) since 2018. The 2020 GSSI Best Paper Awards will be evaluated by the IRER editorial board members and determined by executive editors on the papers published on the above mentioned six issues of the International Real Estate Review. Publications by the executive editors of IRER shall not be eligible to win any of the awards. The prizes will be presented to the awardees at the 2020 AsRES-GCREC-AREUEA Joint Conference in Singapore.

GSSI, a U.S.-based non-profit organization and the publisher of the IRER, is organized and operated for educational and charitable purposes. Its objectives are to promote and conduct education and encourage research that applies academic theory and analytical techniques in real estate, housing finance, and allied areas; to provide financial support to students pursuing a graduate degree in the social sciences; and to assist, maintain, and endow the study and research in real estate and allied areas.
